口腔颌面部肿物FNAC与组织学对照研究

目的 探讨口腔颌面部肿物针吸细胞学诊断的准确性。方法 109例口腔颌面部肿物针吸细胞学与其手术标本组织病理学诊断对照。结果 109例中组织病理学诊断良性病变46例，针吸细胞学诊断的符合率为91.3%，其特异性在90％以上。组织病理学诊断恶性肿瘤63例，针吸细胞学诊断符合率为74.6%，其敏感性在75％左右。结论 针吸细胞学对口面部良性肿瘤及非肿瘤性病变的诊断准确性较高，可减少一些不必要的手术治疗；而对口面部恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率偏低，这与某些肿瘤仅凭形态不能判断良恶性有关。

Comparative study of fine needle aspiration cytology and histopathology indiagnosis of carcinoma of the mouth and maxillofacial region

Objective To study the diagnostic accuracy of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) in carcinoma of the mouth and maxillofacial area. Method Diagnostic accuracy of FNAC and histopathology was compared in 109 cases of the carcinoma of the mouth and maxillofacial region. Results Of 46 cases of benign lessons confirmed by histopathologic examination, FNAC alone reached the correct diagnosis in 91.3%. 63 cases were diagnosed as malignant tumors, in which 74.6% of them could be detected by FNAC. Conclusions FNAC has such a higher accuracy in the diagnosis of benign tumors and other lesions of the mouth and maxillofacial region that some unnecessary operation could be avoided. But FNAC has relatively a low accuracy in diagnosis of malignant tumors of the above regions. Therefore, it is necessary to take care when using FNAC in diagnosis of carcinoma of the mouth and maxillofacial region.
