10所医院医疗责任保险投保行为分析

目的探讨我国医疗责任保险投保行为,为完善我国医疗责任保险制度提供理论依据。方法从医疗责任保险的需求主体投保动机入手,对影响其投保行为的相关因素进行了调查和分析。结果受不同因素影响,不同的医疗责任保险需求主体具有不同的投保动机。结论保险公司应推出差异化的医疗责任保险产品;政府应以积极态度推动医疗责任保险的发展。

Analysis on the medical liability insurance purchase behaviors of 10 hospitals

Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the promotion on China′s medical liability insurance system. Methods Factors which affected the purchase conduct were surveyed and analyzed from the purchasers′ motivations. Results Subject to different factors, different purchasers′ needs were different. Conclusion Insurers should introduce different kinds of products. Government should adopt a positive attitude to promote the development of medical liability insurance.
