| 摘 要： | 脑电双频谱指数（BIS）能准确、及时地反映大脑生理功能的变化。其在成人全身麻醉中有较大的应用价值，现就BIS监测的原理，在小儿麻醉中的应用、应用过程中的局限性以及应用前景等加以综述。
