对肾脏替代治疗患者抑郁状态的调查分析

目的 :探讨肾脏替代治疗患者的精神抑郁状态。方法 :采用Zung抑郁自评量表对 10 3例肾脏替代治疗患者进行问卷调查 ,进行对比分析。结果 :肾脏替代治疗患者有 78.6 %存在不同程度的抑郁状态 ;在分组比较中 ,中年组抑郁发生率及血液透析患者抑郁发生率偏高 ;肾脏替代治疗患者的抑郁发生率与性别、文化程度无相关性。结论 :肾脏替代治疗患者的抑郁发生率偏高 ,社会各界、临床医护人员及病人家属应予足够的重视 ,采取相应的措施缓解患者的抑郁情绪 ,以维持患者的心理健康。

THE INVESTIGATION ANALYSIS OF DEPRESSION CONDITION OF RENAL REPLACEMENT THERAPY PATIENTS

Objective:To explore the depression condition of renal replacement therapy patients.Methods:By using zung's self-rating depression scale, we performed inquring investigation in 103 renal replacement therapy patients, and maked comparative analysis. Results:78.6 percent renal replacement therapy patients kept in different depression condition.It indicated that the higher depression incidence rate were observed in media-aged group and hemodialysis group in grouped comparison. There were no correlations between the incidence of depression and sex or education received.Conclusion: There was higher depression incidence rate in renal replacement therapy patients. In order to maintain patient's psychohealth, Personalities of various circles and clinical medical and nursing staff and patient's family should pay more attention to them and take diversified methods to relieve the depression emotion of the renal replacement therapy patients.
