| Abstract: | We report an unusual complication in a thirty-five-year-old woman in whom bilateral ligation of both intravesical ureters developed following a Cooper's ligament suspension for stress incontinence. The reason for the occurrence of this complication is described; prompt recognition early in the postoperative period and immediate intervention led to an excellent result. |
