医院效率评价方法的研究

目的探讨数据包络分析、随机前沿与岭回归3种评价模型之间的关系及特点，为今后医院效率的评价提供简捷的方法。方法对我国铁路系统1999年101家综合性医院的病案统计和业务收支资料，分别采用数据包络分析模型、随机前沿模型与岭回归模型进行分析。采用DEA、SPSSl0．0、LIMDEP统计软件处理数据。结果数据包络分析模型与随机前沿模型的效率值具有很强的线性关系（rs=0．866，P〈0．001）；岭回归模型的相对误差与随机前沿模型的低效率值存在着高度的正相关（rs=0．922，P〈0．001）。结论在评价单位的运行效率时，采用数据包络分析、随机前沿与岭回归3种评价方法结论是一致的。

A study on evaluation methods of hospital efficiency

Objective To study the characteristic of the data envelopment analysis(DEA),stochastic frontier analysis(SFA)and multi-ridge regression and to explore their relationship in order to find an available method to evaluate hospital efficiency.Methods DEA,SFA and multi-ridge regression are used to analyze the data of income and expense records of 101 railway hospitals in 1999.In this research,the total cost is input variable and the hospital classification,the number of operation,the case mix index,the cycling time of beds and the average days of hospitalization are the output variables.The data are analyzed by statistic software packages including LIMDEP,DEA and SPSS.Results There is a strong correlation between the efficiency value of DEA model and stochastic frontier model(rs=0.866,P<0.001).There is a strong positive correlation between the relative errors of multi-ridge regression and the efficiency value of stochastic frontier model(rs=0.922,P<0.001).Conclusion There are consistent results of DEA model,stochastic frontier model and multi-ridge regression model.
