肿瘤的化学治疗——ⅩⅩⅩⅫ.若干2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰基氨基酸衍生物的合成及其抗肿瘤作用

Hildebrandt等曾发现植物生长控制剂对植物肿瘤或病毒所致瘤组织有很大影响。植物生长控制剂在低浓度时有刺激植物细胞生长的作用,反之,在高浓度时则有抑制作用。植物生长控制剂并具有对不同种类的植物细胞有不同的作用,如2,4-D(Ⅰ),α-萘乙酸(Ⅱ)等化合物在适当浓度时对某些植物起抑制生长甚至杀灭作用, 同时对另一些植物则影响甚微。

TUMOUR CHEMOTHERAPY ⅩⅩⅩⅫ. Syntheses of 2, 4-Dichlorophenoxyacetyl Derivatives of Amino Acids and Their Antitumour Activity

In a previous article, Zhang and Gao⁽²⁾ reported that some derivatives of several well known plant growth regulators did possess marked antitumour activity.In this communication, a number of 2, 4-Dichlorophenoxyacetyl derivatives of amino acids used as biologically active carrier have been prepared for enhancing the effectiveness in inhibiting the growth of tumours.Preliminary pharmacological tests revealed that some of them showed moderate inhibitory activity against Sarcoma 37 in mice.The pharmacological studies of these compounds will be reported elsewhere.
