| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT对食管癌术后并发膈疝的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析12例食管癌术后并发膈疝患者资料,所有病例均行16层螺旋 CT平扫.结果 平扫见12例病人均有横膈不同程度抬高,10例膈面不规则,5例膈肌连续性中断,7例见胸腔见积气积液影,3例见脂肪密度影.6例见内脏依靠于胸腔胃旁,12例检出均行多平面重组（MPR）,显示膈肌缺损11例（11/12）,10例见＂袖口征＂.结论 多层螺旋CT可作为食管癌术后并发膈疝的主要手段,螺旋CT矢状位及冠矢状重组显示膈肌缺损和＂袖口征＂是诊断食管癌术后并发膈疝的特征性表现. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of multi-slice spiral CT （MSCT） in the diagnosis of diaphragmatic hernia after esophageal surgery. Methods The clinical records and MSCT of 12 patients with diaphragmatic hernia after esophageal carcinoma surgery were reviewed. Results The CT findings included diaphragmatic elevation, irregularity, or discontinuation, hydro-pneumothorax, and fat density in the thoracic cavity. Multi planar reconstruction （MPR） showed diaphragmatic defect （11/12） and sleeve cuff sign. Conclusion MSCT is effective for diagnosing diaphragmatic hernia after esophageal cancer surgery with demonstration of diaphragmatic defect and sleeve cuff sign on MPR. |
