胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT诊断价值

目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的CT表现特点,提高对其术前诊断的准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的SPTP 20例。术前均行常规CT平扫及增强检查。结果病灶位于胰头7例,5例位于胰颈,8例位于胰体尾部。肿瘤直径2～14.3cm,15例包膜显示清晰,5例包膜显示欠清晰。15例呈囊实混合型,2例以囊性成分为主,3例以实性成分为主。11例病灶内可见钙化。18例病灶实行成分呈渐进性延迟强化,2例以囊性成分为主病灶,动脉期包膜及壁结节即明显强化,延迟期持续强化。结论大多数SPTP具有典型的MSCT特点,结合临床特点可以对绝大多数病变做出正确的术前诊断。

The diagnostic value of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas

Objective To evaluate the CT findings of solid-pseudopapilary tumor of the pancreas(SPTP).Methods 20 cases with pathologically confirmed SPTP were retrospectively analyzed.CT scanning was performed in all 20 patients.Results 7 cases were located in pancreatic head,5 cases were located in pancreatic neck,8 cases were located in pancreatic body and tail.The diameter of tumors were 2.2~11.3 cm.Complete capsule were found in 15 cases.All cases included 3 lesions of predominantly solid component,2 lesions of predominantly cystic component and 15 lesions of alternately solid and cystic component,and 11 cases with calcification.The solid part of 18 lesions presented the feature of delayed enhancement after injecting contrast medium.Capsules of the two predominantly cystic component lesions were enhanced obviously at arterial phase,and continued to strengthen at venous and delayed phase.Conclusion MSCT findings of most SPTP possess characteristics.MSCT has value in the diagnosis of SPTP combined with clinic signs.
