术前应用彩色多普勒定位治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床分析

目的:探讨术前应用彩色多普勒定位治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性方法分析我院收治的下肢静脉性溃疡患者临床资料,通过术前彩色多普勒定位,腔内激光治疗。结果:本组80例下肢静脉曲张性溃疡手术均顺利进行,术后浅静脉曲张消失,患侧肢体酸胀、疼痛等症状明显缓解,术后2~3d大多数溃疡结痂、干燥。患者住院时间为(5.5±2.5)d,溃疡愈合时间为(3.6±2.0)周。结论:术前应用彩色多普勒定位治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效明显,预后较好,复发率低,值得临床借鉴。

The Clinical Analyze of Curing Venous Ulcer of Lower Extremities by Color Doppler to Orientate

Objective:To approach clinical curative effect of curing Venous ulcer of lower extremities by Color Doppler to orientate.Methods:To retrospective analyze clinical data of venous ulcer of lower extremities in our hospital,which was cured by cavity laser with color doppler to orientate.Results:The 80 cases operation of venous ulcer of lower extremities,varicose veins disappeared after operation,the paretic limb soreness、pain symptom were obviously remission,majority of ulcerative scabs、dry postoperative 2~3d.The hospitalization time of patients was(5.5±2.5)d,ulcer healing time was(3.6±2.0)w.Conclusion:Superficial venous system and communicating branch of the venous system of the abnormal reflux were effectively blocking by cavity laser with color doppler to orientate,which was to be used.
