急性呼吸窘迫综合征血浆脑肽钠及内皮素水平的变化

目的探讨在急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDs）血浆中脑肽钠（BNP）及内皮素（ET）水平的动态变化。方法采用放射免疫法测定50例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者1d、5d、5d、7d与健康对照组静脉血中BNP、ET水平。结果急性呼吸窘迫综合征在发病后1、3、5、7d，患者血浆BNP、ET含量发生明显变化。血浆BNP含量分别为（125±30），（125±28），（130士55），（1；59±56）ng／L；ET水平分别为（168±26）（167土50），（171±52），（185±57）ng／L。结论急性呼吸窘迫综合征血浆BNP、ET水平明显升高，BNP和ET参与了急性呼吸窘迫综合征病理生理过程，其含量的变化可能与疾病的发展有关。

Changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and endothelin in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome

Objective To observe the changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） and endothelin （ET） on acute respiratory distress syndrome（ARDS）. Methods The levels of BNP and ET were measured by radioimmnoassay in 30 cases with ARDS on 1 d,3 d,5 d and 7d.The date were compared with those of 30 healthy person. Results The levels of BNP and ET CGRP were significantly higher in patients with ARDS. ARDS 1 d ,3 d ,5 d and 7 d, the level of BNP was （125±30） ng·L^-1, （123±28） ng·L^-1,（130±33） ng·L^-1 and （139±36） ng·L^-1, ARDS 3 d ,5 d and 7 d the level of ET was （168±26） ng·L^-1, （167±30） ng·L^-1, （71±32） ng·L^-1and （183±37） ng·L^-1respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that concentrations of plasma＇s BNP and ET changed significantly in ARDS,BNP and ET were possibly involved in pathogenesis of ARDS and their variations in concentrations were related with the development of ARDS.
