亚洲带绦虫致乳猪肝纤维化实验观察

目的观察都匀亚洲带绦虫和从江牛带绦虫感染乳猪致肝纤维化的病理变化。方法用两种带绦虫孕节直接灌喂长白种乳猪,共分两组,实验组:都匀亚洲带绦虫感染乳猪2头;对照组:从江牛带绦虫感染乳猪2头。感染后40d、60d分别剖检,切取肝组织制片,HE和Cason改良三色染色,病理学观察。结果两种带绦虫感染乳猪导致肝组织不同程度的变性、坏死、炎细胞浸润及纤维组织增生。结论两种带绦虫感染乳猪均可致肝纤维化,只是纤维化的程度和表现形式不同,尤其是都匀亚洲带绦虫先形成囊尾蚴肉芽肿,继而形成肝纤维化。

Pathological examination on hepatic fibrosis in porkets experimentally infected with Taenia saginata asiatica

The pathological changes of hepatic fibrosis in porkerts infected with Taenia saginata asiatica were observed in Changbai porkets directly fed with two different pregnant proglottids of Tanenia saginata,in which the T saginata asiatica from Duyun region was fed to two porkerts in the experimental group,while that from Congjiang region was fed to two porkets in the control group.These infected liverstocks were dissected and underwent pathological examination of the infected tissues stained with HE and Cason stainings 40 or 60 days after infection.It was found that pathological changes,such as degeneration,necrosis,infitration with inflammatory cells and hyperplasia of fibrous tissues could be observed in the porkets both infected with T.saginata from Duyun and Congjiang regions,but different just on the degree and type of apperances on the hepatic fibrosis.This was especially evident in infection induced by T.sagina asiatica from Duyun region,in which the cysticercus granuloma formed at first,and then the hepatic fibrosis developed.
