七氟醚复合笑气吸入麻醉用于无痛人流手术的临床观察

目的观察七氟醚复合笑气吸入麻醉用于无痛人流手术的麻醉效果。方法将40例拟接受门诊无病人工流产病人随机分为七氟醚复合笑气吸入组（SN组）和异丙酚静脉组（P组），监测并记录麻醉的诱导速度、苏醒时间、定向力恢复时间、术中肢动情况厦心率、收缩压、舒张压及血氧变化。结果两组病人诱导后收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）与诱导前比较均下降（P〈0．05），且诱导后P组的SBP、DBP、HR下降幅度明显大于SN组（尸〈0．05）。两组的氧饱和度（SP02）与诱导前相比无显著性差异（P〉O．05），P组诱导时间较SN组显著缩短（P〈O．05），苏醒时间及定向力恢复时间SN组略短于P组，但差异无统计学意义。SN组肢体扭动和呼吸抑制发生率明显低于P组（P〈O．05）。结论七氟醚复合笑气吸入麻醉用于人工流产手术镇静镇痛效果强，苏醒完全，对呼吸，循环影响更小，诱导更平稳。

Clinical observation of inhalation anesthesia of sevoflurane combined with nitrous oxide on painless abortion

Objective To explore the effect of inhalation anesthesia of sevoflurane combined with nitrous oxide on painless abortion. Methods 40 patients scheduled for painless abortion were randomly divided into sevoflurane combined with nitrous oxide group Cgroup SN, n：20） and propofol group （group P, n=20）. The time for induction, awakening from anesthesia, recovery of regainning orientation ability and intraoperative body movements, and SBP, DBP, HR and SPO2 were recorded. Results The SBP, DBP, HR of two groups after the induction decreased earlier （ P〈0. 05 ）. After the induction, the SBP, DBP and HR of P group decreased more significantly than that of the SN group （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference on SPOz after anesthesia （P〉0. 05）. The time for induction in group SN was much shorter than that in group P （ P＇〈0. 05 ）. The recovery time and the time to regaining orientation ability in group SN were slightly shorter than those in group P, but there was no significant difference. The incidence of body movements and re- spiratory depression were significantly lower in group SN than those in group P （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with nitrous oxide has efficient and intensive analgesic effect and little side effects on respiration and circulation for analgesic artificial abortion, and could remarkably maintain induction stable.
