| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断和外科治疗。②方法 对１９９５年１月～１９９８年１２月本科收治的８６例资料寒带的病人进行回顾性分析。③结果 ７８例伴乳头溢８液的病人乳腺导管造影与钼靶摄片检查结果均为阳性。８６例病人均行手术治疗，术后随访至今无１例复发。④结论 钼靶摄片与乳管造影检查是诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的较好方法。治疗本病仍应以区段切除为主。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the results of diagnosis and treatment for intraductal papilloma of breast. Methods The results of treatment in 86 patients with intraductal papilloma of breast who had complete clinical data were reviewed (Jan. 1995-Dec. 1998). Results Of 86 cases, the results of 78 patients with nipple effusion were positive by the intraductal radiography and mammography. The 86 patients all received the surgical treatment. No one had a relapse during the follow up survey. Conclusion The intraductal radiography with mammography is an excellent method in the diagnosis of the disease. And the ductal lobular excision is still the main therapy to the disease.[ |
