| 摘 要： | 本文报告自1975年元月至1986年12月住院的小儿不典型肠套迭33例,提出在早期诊断中应当注意的诸如呕吐、腹痛和腹部肿块、肠鸣音亢进等临床表现。讨论了造成小儿肠套选临床表现不典型的原因,提出了获得早期诊断应注意的问题,避免误诊。就诊断标准等问题提出了新的见解.

| Abstract: | In this article 33 children with nontypical intussusception admmitted from january 1975 to December 1986 were reported.Six aspects such as abdominalgia and vomitting, phyma and hyperfunction of gurgling,etc.should be noticed.To get earlier diagnosis the causes of non-typical intussuception of children and the method of earlier diagnosis were discussed.A new point of diagnostic standard is suggested. |
