| 摘 要： | 目的：建立稳定的干酪素法测定大黄鞣质的方法。方法：用干酪素法测定大黄鞣质。优化条件为：以30％甲醇回流提取30min，干酪素用量600mg，1．5％Na2CO3显色后15min测定。结果：优化方法线性关系良好．鞣酸平均回收率为99．27％，RSD=1．00％(n=3)。结论：该法简单、灵敏、稳定，是测定大黄鞣质较好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a stable method for determining the content of tannins in Rheum officinale by casein method.Methods:The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins.The optimum conditions of determination were using 30% methyl alcohol as extracting solvent, refluxing 30 min, adopting 600 mg caseins, adding 1.5% Na 2CO 3 and determining after 15 min.Results:The selected method had a good linear dependence. The average recovery of tannic acid was 99.27 % with RSD =1.00%( n =3).Conclusion:It is simple, sensitive and reproducible to determine the content of tannins in Rheum officinale . |
