经腹超声检查对胃肠道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值分析

目的探讨经腹超声检查对胃肠道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选择本院经腹超声检查53例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者，并经电子胃镜、结肠镜活组织检查或者手术病理证实。分析胃癌、胃恶性淋巴瘤、结直肠癌的超声图像特点。结果进展期的胃肠癌共同图像表现为：管壁局限性或弥漫性的增厚；病变区出现“假肾样”或“靶环样”声像。超声显示部位：在右上腹，胃癌16例、胃恶性淋巴瘤1例，结肠肝区结肠癌2例；在左上腹，胃癌14例，结肠脾区结肠癌2例；中腹，横结肠癌3例；右下腹，升结肠癌3例、回盲部结肠癌3例；左下腹，乙状结肠癌3例、直肠癌2例；盆腔，直肠癌4例。结论经腹超声对于胃肠道恶性肿瘤的检查有着重要临床应用价值，根据经腹超声在胃肠道肿瘤声像特点，可结合电子胃镜、结肠镜活组织检查及手术病理检查证实。

Analysis of diagnostic value about transabdominal ultrasound on malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract

Objective To explore the diagnostic value about transabdominal ultrasound on malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract. Methods 53 cases with malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract selected were detected by gastrointestinal tract, and the results were all confirmed electronic by gastroscope, colouofiberscope biopsy and surgery. The sonogram of carcinoma of stomach, malignant lymphoma of stomach and colorectal cancer were analyzed. Results The common character of the sonogram of gastrointestinal cancer was local or diffuse thickening of tubal wall,false kidney type or target type appeared in the diseased region. The place of the cancer appeared：right upper quadrant, 16 cases with carcinoma of stomach, 1 case with malignant lymphoma of stomach,2 cases with colon cancer at liver region;left upper quadrant, lgcases with carcinoma of stomach,2 cases with colon cancer at spleen region;midabdomen,3 cases with colon transversum cancer;right lower quadrant,3 cases with ascending colon cancer,3 cases with ileocecal junction cancer;left lower quadrant,3 cases with colon sigmoideum cancer,2 cases with rectum cancer; cavitas pelvis,4 cases with rectal cancer. Conclusion There is very high diagnostic value for transabdominal ultrasound on malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract, according to the sonogram of malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract, and the results are confirmed by gastroscope, colonofiberscope biopsy and surgery.
