| 摘 要： | 目的针对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的发病机制,比较降纤酶、小剂量尿激酶(UK)与肝素联合常规方法治疗UA的疗效,以探讨治疗UA的合理方案.方法采用随机分组,对照降纤酶、小剂量 UK 及肝素联合常规治疗的疗效.结果降纤酶和小剂量UK组比肝素联合常规治疗能更快的控制症状(P＜0.05),与后组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05),但前两组有效率比较,差异无显著性(P＜0.05).结论治疗不稳定型心绞痛,降纤酶与小剂量尿激酶疗效相当、安全.

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into a reasonable unstable angina(UA)treatment by use of defibrase,low dose urokinase(UK),that was a comparison of between defibrase,low dose UK therapy and routine therapy combined with heparin affected patients with UA.Methods All pateints with UA were divided into three groups:defibrase(A group),low dose UK(B group)and conventional therapy combined heparin group(C group).Results The comparisoin of the effective rate between A group and C group,B group and C group that the difference was signficant(P<0.05),but that between A group and B group was not significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Efficacy of defibrase and low dose urokinase in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is matched,safe. |
