癫痫患儿单次癫痫发作时血清NSE、MBP水平

摘    要:目的:研究小儿单次癫癎发作是会否引起脑损伤。方法:采用ELISA法对癫癎发作组22例和正常对照组16例患儿进行血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(myelin basic protein,MBP)检测。除去溶血标本,采用ELISA法对癫癎发作组15例和正常对照组14例进行血清神经元特异性烯醇酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)检测。结果:癫癎发作组、对照组血清NSE值分别是(3.91±1.40)μg/L和(4.83±0.96)μg/L,二组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。癫癎发作组、对照组血清MBP值分别是(3.58±1.29)μg/L、(1.54±0.89)ug/L,癫癎发作组血清MBP值高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:本实验提示单次癫癎发作伴有髓鞘破坏和血脑屏障通透性增高,但未提示单次癫癎发作会引起神经元损伤。

Abstract:Objective:To study the possibility of brain damage in the epileptic children with single episodes.Methods: The levels of serum MBP were measured with ELBA in 22 cases with single episodes and 16 cases of the control group. After hemolyzed serum samples were excluded, the levels of serum NSE were measured with ELISA in 15 cases with single episodes and 14 cases of the control group. Results:The levels of NSE in the epileptic group and the eontrol group were(3. 91 +1.40)ug/L,(4.83 +0.96)/ug/L,respectively. There was no significant difference on serum NSE levels between the two groups(p>0.05). The .serum MBP levels of single episodes and the control group were(3.58 + 1.29)/ug/L>(l .54 + 0.89)ug/L. The mean levels of MBP in the epileptic group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 005), Conclusion: It Ls not confirmed that single episodes caused neuronal damage of central neural system; meanwhile, de-myelination of neural fibers and damage of blood-brain harrier in central neural system have taken place.
