| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝动脉导管化疗栓塞术治疗肝癌的护理.方法对30例肝动脉导管栓塞化疗患者进行心理护理及术前指导,加强术后并发症的观察与护理,给予正确的饮食指导.结果 27例患者肝动脉导管栓塞化疗均成功,栓塞后出现了不同程度的疼痛、发热、恶心、呕吐等症状,均经对症处理及精心护理后好转,无严重并发症出现;3例患者病情恶化.结论加强术前指导及心理护理、术后并发症的全面观察和有效护理是患者治疗成功的保障.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the care of patients with liver cancer who received TACE.Methods 30 patients with liver cancer who received TACE were treated by preoperative psychological care and guidance,and observation and care of postoperative complications,were given the correct diet instruction.Results 27 patients with liver cancer were treated successfully with TACE.Symptoms such as pain,fever,nausea,and vomiting at different levels were found in the 27 patients after TACE,but these symptoms were improved after treatment and careful nursing,and no serious complications were found.3 patients had disease progression.Conclusion Strengthening preoperative guidance and psychological care,observation and treatment of postoperative complications,and effective care are guarantees for successful treatment of patients with liver cancer. |
