| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用低分子肝素结合踝关节运动及中药治疗预防人工关节置换术后静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法:将60例髋、膝关节置换手术患者,随机分成两组。一组用低分子肝素结合踝关节运动及中药治疗预防,另一组只用低分子肝素,术后下肢静脉B超,造影检查。结果:对照组30例患者中2例(6.67%)发生DVT;而预防组未发生DVT。结论:应用低分子肝素结合踝关节运动及中药治疗能有效地预防人工关节置换术后静脉血栓形成。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore cure effect of low-molecular heparin combined with ankle joint exercise and TCM therapy in preventing thrombopoiesis of deep vein after artificial joint substitution.Method: Randomly divide 60 hip and knee joints substitution cases into 2 groups,one was treated with low-molecular heparin combined with ankle joint exercise and TCM therapy, the other with only low-molecular heparin.After operation,make ultrasonic-B of lower limb vein and contrast medium test.Result: In control 30 cases,2 cases(6.67%) had DVT;while the prevention group hadn't found.Conclusion: The low-molecular heparin combined with ankle joint exercise and TCM therapy can effectively prevent vein thrombopoiesis after after artificial joint substitution. |
