西咪替丁对青蒿琥酯抗日本血吸虫活性的影响

目的观察西咪替丁对青蒿琥酯抗日本血吸虫活性的影响.方法40只ICR小鼠随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组10只.D组为不用药对照组,A、B、C 3组于攻击感染后第7天开始肌注给药:A组单用青蒿琥酯,B组西咪替丁和青蒿琥酯联合用药,C组单用西咪替丁.于感染后46 d剖杀小鼠,并分别比较A组和B组、C组和D组的减虫率、减雌率、肝组织减卵率、雌虫子宫内减卵率.结果单用青蒿琥酯组和联合用药组的减虫率分别为82.33%、95.91%(P<0.05),减雌率分别为83.64%、97.44%(P<0.05),肝组织减卵率分别为99.87%、99.97%(P<0.05),雌虫子宫内减卵率分别为91.17%、98.89%(P<0.05).与对照组相比较,单用西咪替丁组的减虫率、减雌率、肝组织减卵率、雌虫子宫内减卵率分别为12.63%、14.11%、7.35%、7.22%(P>0.05).结论西咪替丁具有增强青蒿琥酯抗日本血吸虫活性的作用.

Effects of Cimetidine on the Activity of Artesunate Inhibiting Schistosoma Japonicum

Objective To observe the effect of cimetidine and artesunate on the prevention of schistosomiasis japonica.Methods 40 ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:A,B,C and D.Group D was the untreated control group.Each mouse in group A,B and C was treated by IM on day 7 after being infected.Mice in group A,B and C were respectively treated with artesunate,artesunate and cimetidine,and cimetidine.On day 46 post infection mice were killed and values were compared with those obtained from control group.The values included worm reduction rate,female worm reduction rate and the egg reduction rate in liver and female uterus.The value of above values of group A was compared with that of group B and the value of group C was compared with that of group D.Results The worm reduction rate of artesunate group and cimetidine group was 82.33%,95.91% respectively(P<0.05);The female worm reduction rate was 83.64%,97.44% respectively(P<0.05);The egg reduction rate in liver was 98.87%,99.97% respectively (P<0.05);The egg reduction rate in female uterus was 91.17%,98.98% respectively(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the worm reduction rate,female worm reduction rate,the egg reduction rate in liver and female uterus of cimetidine group was 12.63%,14.11%,7.35% and 7.22% respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Cimetidine has the function of enhancing the activity of inhibiting schistosoma japonicum by artesunate.
