| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胸外伤与抢救方法的关系。方法 :回顾 2年来收治 10 9例胸外伤及合并多发伤的临床资料。结果 :10 9例中死于失血过多 1例 ,死于术后感染 6例 ,治愈率 93 .5 8% ,死亡率 6.42 %。结论 :胸外伤引发休克及炎症引发多脏器功能衰竭是引起胸部创伤患者死亡的主要原因。对胸外伤危重者应及时给予抗休克、手术及抗炎等治疗 ,可提高胸外伤的治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between chest trauma and therapeutic methods.Method:109 cases of chest trauma associated with multiple trauma were retrospectively analyzed.Result:Among 109 cases,one cases died from blood loss,6 cases died from postoperative infection,the cure rate and death rate were 93.58% and 6.42%,respectively.Conclusion:The major causes of death were the complications of shock and MOF,prompt treatment of shock and infection for high risk patients with chest trauma can increase the cure rate. |
