糖尿病患者足部护理知识与行为的调查分析

目的 调查 糖尿病患者足部预防护理知识与行为状况.方法 采用自设问卷,对98例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括:糖尿病足相关知识、糖尿病足危险因素、足部护理情况.结果 糖尿病患者糖尿病足基本认识、足部保护知识、正确的穿鞋袜知识、正确的修剪指甲知识等较差.65.3％的患者不知道糖尿病足的临床表现,64.3％的患者不知道糖尿病足的发生原因、发病机制,只有14.3％的患者知道2～3个月监测一次糖化血红蛋白,而且保持在正常范围.能够做到每年进行全面足部检查的患者只占20.4％.大部分患者缺乏足部预防护理知识,能做到每天泡脚后检查双脚的患者只占41.8％、每天泡脚后按摩双脚的患者只占40.8％,22.4％的患者每天泡脚后涂润肤霜.结论 医护人员应加强对糖尿病患者糖尿病足知识的健康教育,减少相关的危险因素,使其建立健康的足部护理行为,减少糖尿病足的发生.

Investigation and analysis about the foot nursing knowledge and conduct of the diabetics
