| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察了解新型抗胆碱药长托宁在有机磷农药中毒中的疗效。方法随机将34例口服有机磷农药中毒的患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组18例患者用长托宁和氯磷定救治,对照组16例患者用阿托品和氯磷定救治。结果两组给药的次数和总量、阿托品化后的不良反应及病愈的时间上差异均具有统计学意义。结论长托宁治疗有机磷农药中毒用药剂量小,不良反应少,比阿托品更加有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of penehyclidine hydrochloride on cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 34 cases of the patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group.18 cases in therapeutic group were treated with pralidoxime chloride and penehyclidine hydrochloride,and 16 cases in control group with pralidoxime chloride and atropine.Results The times giving drugs and total dosage were differed markedly(P<0.05),the adverse effects of the atropinization were differed markedly(P<0.05),the recovery time were differed markedly(P<0.05).Conclusions Penehyclidine hydrochloride is more effective than atropine on treating organophosphorus pesticides poisoning,its advantage is low dosage and little side effects. |
