摘    要:本文建立了测定病毒附着易感细胞的单克隆抗体免疫酶细胞化学法。用该法测定了JEV对C6/36伊蚊细胞的附着,结果表明JEV能附着于C6/36伊蚊细胞表面,提示伊蚊细胞表面可能具有JEV受体,其表达可能与细胞的生长和分化状态有关。固定剂对细胞受体的活性有一定影响。

Abstract:We established an immuno-enzyme cytochemical assay using monoclonal antibodies to detect attachment of Japanese encephalitis B virus(JEV)to C6/36 mosquito cells. Our results showed that JEV was able to attach to the surface of C6/36 cells, suggesting that there might be JEV--receptors on the cell surface,the expression of which seemed to be related with the growth and differentiation state of the cells. We also found that fixtive had some effects on the activating of the receptors.
