| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子痫前期患者胎盘组织中内皮分化基因(Edg)2蛋白和mRNA的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP和RT-PCR方法检测20例正常晚孕妇女、20例子痫前期轻度和20例子痫前期重度患者胎盘组织中Edg2蛋白和mRNA的表达。结果:3组胎盘绒毛滋养和蜕膜细胞中Edg2蛋白以及胎盘组织Edg2mRNA的表达差异有统计学意义(F/χ2=19.063、19.063和2232.999,P<0.001),子痫前期轻度和重度组高于正常晚孕组,子痫前期重度组高于子痫前期轻度组。结论:胎盘组织中Edg2的异常表达可能与子痫前期的发生和发展有关。

| Abstract: | Aim:To investigate the protein and mRNA expressions of endothelial differentiation gene(Edg) 2 in the placenta of patients with preeclampsia.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP method and RT-PCR were used to detect the protein and mRNA expressions of Edg2 in the placenta of 40 cases of preeclampsia(20 cases of mild preeclampsia and 20 cases of severe preeclampsia) and 20 cases of normal late pregnant women.Results:The expression of Edg2 protein in the trophoblast and decidual cell of placental tissue,and the expression of Edg2 mRNA in placental tissues among the 3 groups had significant differences(F/χ2 = 19.063,19.063,and 2 232.999,P < 0.001),which were higher in mild and severe preeclampsia patients than those in normal later pregnant women,and higher in severe preeclampsia patients than those in mild preeclampsia patients.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of Edg2 may be related with the process of genesis and development of preeclampsia. |
