双钢板法治疗Schatzker Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折

目的观察双钢板法治疗SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法从2002年5月-2006年3月采用双钢板法治疗SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折23例,术中使用前外侧加后内侧入路,利用有限切开技术行钢板内固定。结果术后23例患者均获得随访,时间12-35个月,平均17.5月。骨折均获骨性愈合。根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法进行综合评分：优14例,良5例,可3例,差1例。结论采用双钢板法治疗SchatzkerⅥ型胫骨平台骨折,固定牢靠,切口小,并发症少,结合早期合理的功能锻炼,疗效满意。

Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures of Schatzker Type Ⅵ with Dual Plates

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the treatment of tibial plateau fractures of Schatzker Ⅵ with dual plates. Methods From May 2002 to March 2006,23 cases of tibial plateau fractures of Schatzker Ⅵ were treated with limited exposure through two-incision approaches and dual plates fixation. Results All cases were followed up from 12 to 35 months with an average time of 17.5 months.Bone union was achieved in all cases.According to Rasmussen＇s functional grading system, 14 cases were the excellent,5 cases the good,3 cases the common,1 case the bad. Conclusion The technique with dual plates for the tibial plateau fractures of Schatzker Ⅵ with early,right functional exercise provides satisfactory function of the knee,which has many advantages such as stable and durable fixation,small incision and little complication.
