| 摘 要： | 目的研究半红树植物海杧果Cerbera manghas叶中的有机酸类成分。方法通过多种柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从海杧果叶中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为间羧基苯乙酸(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、对羟基桂皮酸(4)、间羧基苯甲酸(5)、香草酸(6)、丁二酸(7)。结论化合物1为新天然产物,化合物2~6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the organic acids in the leaves of Cerbera manghas.Methods The con-stituents were isolated by repeated column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral data analyses.Results Seven compounds were obtained and determined to be m-carboxyphenylacetic acid(1),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(2),protocatechuic acid(3), p-hydroxycinnamic acid(4),isophthalic acid(5),vanillic acid(6),and succinic acid(7).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product,compounds 2-6 are obtained from the plants of Cerbera L.for the first time. |
