针刀松解法对第3腰椎横突综合征大鼠下丘脑前阿黑皮素mRNA、前脑啡肽原mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨针刀松解法治疗第3腰椎横突综合征的部分中枢镇痛机制。方法:SD雄性大鼠24只,随机分为正常组、模型组、针刀组及电针组。采用左侧第3腰椎横突尖部埋置明胶海绵法建立第3腰椎横突综合征模型,针刀组和电针组分别给予针刀松解和电针左侧"肾俞""腰阳关"治疗。应用原位杂交方法检测大鼠下丘脑前阿黑皮素(POMC)mRNA、前脑啡肽原(PPE)mRNA阳性细胞的表达。结果:造模后大鼠下丘脑POMC mRNA、PPE mRNA的阳性细胞表达较正常组增多(P0.01),针刀组和电针组大鼠下丘脑POMC mRNA、PPE mRNA阳性细胞表达较模型组进一步增多(P0.01)。结论:针刀松解法与电针可能通过促进下丘脑POMC mRNA、PPE mRNA的表达,参与其镇痛过程。
