| 摘 要： | 目的:评价针灸治疗失语症的疗效。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库针灸治疗失语症随机临床对照研究文献。对纳入Meta分析的文献进行分析。结果:共检索出文献338篇,符合纳入标准的26篇,获得病例数1 749例,对其进行了Meta分析。合并后OR=3.66,95%可信区间(CI)为(2.81,4.76),漏斗图基本对称,菱形位于竖线的右侧,提示针灸组对失语症的治疗效果优于对照组(Z=9.60,P<0.001)。结论:针灸配合语言康复训练和药物治疗失语症优于单纯语言康复训练和药物,但仍需更多的大样本临床随机对照研究进行验证。
