| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和研究低钠低氯血症与急性脑卒中预后的相关性。方法本院近年来共收治急性脑卒中患者183例，其中低钠低氯血症急性脑卒中患者56例，正常血钠血氯的急性脑卒中患者127例，对这183例患者的病情程度及预后进行分析。然后对这些患者进行比较。结果低钠低氯血症患者的中度与重度脑卒中发生率要明显高于正常血钠血氯的患者，且低钠低氯血症患者的死亡率也明显高于正常血钠血氯的患者（P〈0．01）。结论低钠低氯血症可以作为判断急性脑卒中病情及预后评估的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relevance of low-sodium and low blood chloride and prognosis of acute stroke.Methods In recent years,our hospital received total 183 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients.Among them,56 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients were low blood sodium and low blood chloride,and the rest of 127 cases were normal blood sodium chloride.The severity and prognosis of patients were analyzed and compared.Results Incidence of moderate and severe stroke in low sodium low blood chloride patients was significantly higher than that in patients with normal sodium chloride in blood;mortality in low sodium low blood chloride patients was significantly higher than that in patients with normal sodium chloride in blood(P < 0.01).Conclusion Low-sodium and low blood chloride can be used as a judging index of severity and prognosis in patients with acute stroke. |
