| 摘 要： | 目的观察神经阻滞联合皮内阻滞治疗头面部急性带状疱疹痛的疗效。方法将32例确诊为头面部急性带状疱疹痛的患者随机分为联合组(神经阻滞联合皮内阻滞+药物治疗)和对照组(单纯药物治疗),每组16例,观察两组患者疼痛缓解程度(VAS评分)、睡眠评分、情绪评分、带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)发生率。结果治疗后两组VAS评分均明显低于治疗前,联合组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组。联合组治疗后睡眠、情绪评分均明显高于对照组。结论联合阻滞较单纯药物治疗效果更佳,PHN发生率明显降低。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect about nerve block combined with intradermal block for pain therapy in acute herpes zoster located at head and face.Methods Thirty two cases with acute herpes zoster pain located at head and face were randomly averagely divided into two groups,the one was a combined treatment group,treated with the therapy of nerve block,intradermal block,and drug.Control group,treated only with drug.The objects’scores of pain relieving(VAS score),sleep quality,mood ratings and the incidence rate of PHN in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups were all decreased significantly.The VAS score and the incidence of PHN in combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.While,the scores of the sleep quality and mood ratings were all higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The treatment of combined block has a better curative effect and a lower incidence of PHN than those of single drug.. |
