改良B-lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的应用体会

目的探讨改良B-lynch缝合术在治疗剖宫产术中产后出血中的效果。方法选择在剖宫产术中出现宫缩乏力而导致产后出血的病例35例，其中15例进行改良B-lynch缝合术（A组），另20例作为对照组未行该术（B组），对两组进行比较和回顾性分析。结果A组出血量、输血率、输血量均明显少于B组；A组术后血红蛋白明显高于B组。结论改良B-lynch缝合术用于剖宫产手术中宫缩乏力性产后出血，操作简便，效果肯定，对治疗剖宫产术中产后出血有重要的运用推广价值。

Application of improved B-lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage cesarean section

Objective To explore the effect of the modified B-lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods Thirty five cases of postpartum hemorrhage because of uterine inertia during cesarean section were selected,in which 15 cases underwent modified B-lynch suture(group A),another 20 cases as the control group which did not undergo the surgery(group B),patients in two groups were compared and retrospective analyzed.Results The amount of bleeding,blood transfusion,blood transfusion volume of group A were significantly less than those of group B;postoperative hemoglobin of group A was significantly higher than that of group B.Conclusion The modified B-lynch suture for postpartum hemorrhage because of uterine atony during cesarean section is easy to operate,with good effect,has important value of promotion in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.
