布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效分析

目的探讨布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法将62例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组31列。两组均采用综合治疗,利巴韦林10mg/(kg.d)静滴。治疗组加用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且止咳平喘天数、啰音消失时间、住院天数均较对照组明显缩短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且未出现明显不良反应。结论布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,可缩短疗程,提高治愈率。

Analysis of therapeutic effect of Budesonide suspension inhalation in the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect and safety of budesonide suspension inhalation in the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis.Methods Sixty-two cases of children with capillary bronchitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each group had 31 cases.The two groups were all given comprehensive treatment,10 mg/(kg.d)ribavirin with static drops.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group combined with budesonide suspension inhalation.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the days of relieving cough and asthma,rale absent time,length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion Budesonide suspension in the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis can shorten the course of treatment,improve the cure rate.
