磷酸铝凝胶联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗婴幼儿腹泻60例疗效观察

目的探讨磷酸铝凝胶联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片（商品名：金双歧）治疗婴幼儿腹泻的方法及疗效，为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择婴幼儿腹泻患者120例，随机分为观察组与对照组。两组患者均采用综合治疗。观察组60例加用磷酸铝凝胶及双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗，疗程为7d，治疗后对两组患儿退热时间、大便恢复正常时间、平均住院天数及疗效对比进行统计。结果观察组与对照组在热退时间、大便恢复正常时间及平均住院天数比较。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），观察组的显效率及总有效率均较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论磷酸铝凝胶联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗婴幼儿腹泻可有效提高疗效，改善患儿生活质量，且无明显副作用，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of aluminium phosphate gel joint live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of 60 cases of infantile diarrhea

Objective To study the method and curative effect of aluminum phosphate gel joint live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in the treatment of infantile diarrhea,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of infantile diarrhea were chosen and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Two groups of patients were given the integrated treatment.Sixty cases of the observation group were added with aluminium phosphate gel joint live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets for treatment,the period of treatment was 7 days,the contrast statistics was given to infantile in antifebrile time,defecate resume normal time,average days in hospital and curative effect after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had improved obviously in antifebrile time,defecate resume normal time,average days in hospital(P < 0.01),the observation group of significant efficiency and the total effective rate compared with that of the control group had obviously improved,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of aluminium phosphate gel joint live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets in infantile diarrhea can effectively increase the curative effect,improve the quality of children’s life,with no obvious side effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
