异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合1450nm半导体激光治疗寻常痤疮的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合1450nm半导体激光治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将82例入选患者随机分为治疗组41例、对照组41例,对照组行局部涂抹异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,治疗组使用1450nm半导体激光治疗后局部涂抹异维A酸红霉素凝胶。治疗3周及疗程结束后对临床疗效、患者满意度进行评定,并统计两组不良反应。结果治疗3周后,治疗组有效率为75.6%,对照组有效率为51.2%。治疗结束后,治疗组有效率为97.6%,患者满意度为95.1%;对照组有效率为78.0%,患者满意度为75.6%。治疗组未出现不良反应;对照组1例患者出现患处皮肤色素沉着、减退,5例患者出现患处皮肤干燥、瘙痒,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合1450nm半导体激光具有治疗痤疮的多重作用,且性质稳定、疗效显著、起效快、疗程短、安全性高、方便快捷、副作用小,是一种较为理想的治疗方法,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of isotretinoin erythromycin gel combined with 1 450 nm semiconductor laser in treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods Eighty two patients with acne vulgaris were selected and randomly divided into 41 cases of treatment group and 41 cases of control group.The control group was given isotretinoin erythromycin gel topical applied;the treatment group was given 1 450 nm semiconductor laser treatment with topical isotretinoin erythromycin gel.Three weeks of treatment and at the end of treatment,the degree of satisfaction and clinical effect were evaluated,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results After three weeks treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 75.6%,control group’s effective rate was 51.2%.At the end of the treatment,effective rate of treatment group was 97.6%,degree of satisfaction was 95.1%;while the effective rate of control group was 78.0%,degree of satisfaction was 75.6%.Treatment group had no adverse reaction;1 case in control group occurred skin pigmentation decline,5 cases occurred skin dry,itching;There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Isotretinoin erythromycin gel combined with 1 450 nm semiconductor laser in treatment of acne vulgaris have multiple functions,stable properties,significant efficiency,rapid onset of action,short treatment period,high safety,convenient and quick effect,and small side effects.It is an ideal treatment and worth of further clinical promotion and application.
