综合疗法治疗小儿疱疹性口炎临床疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合并健康宣教、家庭护理、心理辅导等综合治疗小儿疱疹性口炎的疗效。方法将85例患儿随机分为治疗组43例，对照组42例，两组给予维生素C口服、口博士漱口液护理口腔、退热等基础治疗。对照组给予阿昔洛韦口服，碘甘油涂擦；治疗组即中西医结合综合疗法组则给予复方穿心莲口服，局部阿昔洛韦、冰硼散和蜂蜜混合物涂擦，并对患儿家属进行儿童疱疹性疾病相关知识健康宣教、心理疏导及传授家庭护理知识等综合疗法，观察并比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率、治愈率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合疗法治疗小儿疱疹性口炎有效，值得临床推广。

The clinical efficacy of combined treatment for children with herpetic stomatitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of integrative medicine and health education,comprehensive family care,psychological counseling for children with herpetic stomatitis.Methods Eighty-five cases children with herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into in treatment group(43 cases) and control group(42 cases).Patients in two groups were treated with vitamin C orally,mouth dorter mouthwash liquid oral care,antipyretic and other basic treatment.Patients in control group were given acyclovir oral and rubbed iodine glycerin.Patients in treatment group were treated with compound Andrographis oral and rubbed by acyclovir,Bingpeng San,honey mixture.The herpes disease-related knowledge health education,psychological counseling,and family nursing knowledge were given in treatment group.The clinical efficacy of tow groups was observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective and cure rates of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy for children with herpetic stomatitis is utility,worthy of promotion.
