克拉霉素联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的相关胃炎的临床分析

目的探讨克拉霉素联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的相关胃炎的临床效果。方法分析本院收治的幽门螺杆菌感染的相关胃炎患者60例的临床资料，依据治疗方式不同分为对照组（传统三联疗法组）30例和观察组（克拉霉素联合三联疗法治疗组）30例。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑20mg、阿莫西林1．0g、呋喃唑酮0．1g，2次／d，疗程7d；观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合克拉霉素胶囊0．5g，2次，d，疗程7d。观察两组幽门螺杆菌根除效果情况，并对临床疗效进行统计学分析。结果观察组幽门螺杆菌根除率和总有效率均明显高于对照组．差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论克拉霉素联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的相关胃炎临床疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical analysis on Clarithromycin combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection related gastritis

Objective To approach the clinical effect on Clarithromycin combined with triple therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection related gastritis.Methods Clinical data of patients with helicobacter pylori infection related gastritis were analyzed,who were divided into control group(the traditional triple therapy group) with 30 cases and observation group(Clarithromycin combined with triple therapy group) with 30 cases.Control group was given Omeprazole 20 mg,Amoxicillin 1.0 g,Furazolidone 0.1 g,2 times a day,with a course of treatment in 7 days;observation group was given Clarithromycin 0.5 g based on the treatment of control group,2 times a day with a course of treatment in 7 days.Eradicate effect of Helicobacter pylori of two groups were observed,and the clinical effect were compared by statistical method.Results Eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and the total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection related gastritis has a obvious clinical curative effect,which is worthy to be used.
