| 摘 要： | 目的观察经静脉肝内门体静脉分流术治疗门脉高血压的临床疗效。方法选取100例门脉高血压患者,将其随机分为试验组和对照组各50例,试验组采用经静脉肝内门体静脉分流术治疗,对照组采用部分脾切除术进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果随访显示,试验组患者治疗总有效率为96%,明显优于对照组的76%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论经静脉肝内门体静脉分流术治疗门脉高血压效果较好,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravenous intrahepatic portosystemic shunt surgery for treatment of portal hypertension.Methods One hundred patients with portal hypertension were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group,the experimental group were treated with intrahepatic portosystemic venous shunt,the control group were treated with partial splenectomy,the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients were observed.Results The following-up results showed that the experimental group patients overall response rate was 96%,significantly better than 76%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intravenous intrahepatic portosystemic shunt surgery for the treatment of portal hypertension is better,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical. |
