颅内感染性疾病中降钙素原与C-反应蛋白测定意义临床分析

目的观察测定降钙素原与C-反应蛋白在颅内感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的急性脑膜炎患者41例,设为细菌性脑膜炎观察组与病毒性脑膜炎观察组,同时选取健康体检者40例,设为对照组,3组患者清晨空腹抽取4mL静脉血,以免疫发光分析法与比浊法检测降钙素原与C-反应蛋白水平,将3组结果进行对比。结果细菌性脑膜炎观察组患者的降钙素原与C-反应蛋白指数与病毒性脑膜炎患者及对照组之间均差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),病毒性脑膜炎观察组患者的指数虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论降钙素原与C-反应蛋白检测在颅内感染确诊中具有较高的应用价值,值得临床应用推广。

Clinical analysis of the determination significance of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in intracranial infection

Objective To observe the application value of the determination of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in intracranial infection.Methods Forty-one cases with acute meningitis admitted to our hospital were selected and set as bacterial meningitis observation group and viral meningitis observation group,and at the same time,40 cases of healthy controls were selected and taken as control group.The patients of three groups were extracted 4 mL venous blood without eating in the morning.The level of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein were detected by chemiluminescent immunoassay and turbidimetric method,and the results of the three groups were compared.Results There were all statistically significant differences of the index of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in bacterial meningitis observation group compared with viral meningitis observation group and control group(P<0.05).The index of bacterial meningitis observation group were higher than control group,but there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of intracranial infection has a high application value,and it is worthy of clinical application.
