我院产科抗菌药物应用情况分析

目的了解本院产科抗菌药物使用情况，提高产科应用抗菌药物合理性。方法采用随机抽样的方法，抽查本院2011年7－12月产科出院病历186份进行分析统计，分析抗菌药物的使用情况。结果共调查产科186份病历，抗菌药物应用率为84．9％，联合应用以B一内酰胺类和硝基咪唑类为主，联合应用率为70．8％。结论本院产科抗菌药物预防性应用在预防用药指征、抗菌药物选择、预防用药时间等方面存在不合理现象，需加强管理。

Analysis of obstetric antibacterial drugs of our hospital

Objective To understand the use of obstetric antibacterial drugs of our hospital in order to improve the obstetric rational application of antibacterial drugs.Methods The method of random sampling was used,186 cases of obstetrical department in our hospital from July to December 2011 were checked and analyzed statistically,the use of antibacterials were analyzed.Results There were 186 medical records of survey of obstetrics were checked,antimicrobial agents application rate was 84.9%,which combined with β-lactam and Nitro Imidazole to use in clinic,the combined application rate was 70.8%.Conclusion There are some irrational phenomena in the prophylactic use of antibiotics in prophylaxis against,choice of antibacterial drugs,prophylactic medication time and other aspects of unreasonable phenomenon,so need to strengthen management.
