96例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后发生并发症临床分析

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的临床并发症情况。方法回顾性分析2010年9月～2011年12月在本院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的96例患者的临床资料,调查并发症的发生情况并分析其发生的原因。结果腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后并发症总的发生率为18.75%,占前三位的是术后呕吐(4例,4.17%)、腹腔出血(3例,3.13%)和胆管损伤(3例,3.13%),其次有腹腔感染、胆管结石、肠道损伤、切口疝、腹膜炎等。结论术后呕吐、腹腔出血和胆管损伤是腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后常见的并发症状,外科医师应熟练操作手术的每一步过程,降低并发症的发生率。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with postoperative complications in 96 cases

Objective To analyze the clinical complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients.Methods The clinical data for 96 cases in our hospital for laparoscopic cholecystectomy from September 2010 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of complications was taken for surgery and reason for its occurrence was analyzed.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy was 18.75%,accounting for the top three were postoperative vomiting(4 cases,4.17%),abdominal hemorrhage(3 cases,3.13%)and bile duct injury(3 cases,3.13%),followed by abdominal infection,bile duct stones,bowel injury,incisional hernia,and peritonitis.Conclusion Postoperative vomiting,abdominal bleeding and bile duct injury are the concurrent symptoms for patients with postoperative laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The physicians should be familiar with the process of every step for the operation surgery to reduce the incidence of complications.
