摘 要: | 关节软骨损伤的修复是一个长期困扰的医学难题,生物移植和组织工程技术的发展为软骨再生修复带来新的希望,利用负载生长因子的特殊可降解软骨支架材料调动内源干细胞来实现软骨组织再生修复的新技术,易于实现产业化操作,也预示着软骨缺损的再生修复治疗一个全新时代的到来。

Abstract: | The repair of articular cartilage damage is a long plagued medical problem,the development of biological transplantation and tissue engineering technology for repair cartilage regeneration brings new hope.By using the special of load growth factor,it can degrade the cartilaginous framework material to mobilize endogenous stem cells to realize the cartilage repair tissue regeneration of new technology,and is easy to realize the industrialization operation,it also indicate the arrival of the era of the regeneration of articular cartilage repair treatment. |
