妊娠高血压综合征并发胎盘早剥56例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征并发胎盘早剥的相关影响因素。方法本组选择本院2008年1月～2011年9月收治的妊娠高血压综合征孕妇56例,根据有无合并胎盘早剥分为胎盘早剥组和无胎盘早剥组。比较两组孕妇的年龄、血细胞比容及分娩方式的差异。结果本组孕妇中合并有胎盘早剥15例,发生率为26.8%。胎盘早剥组与无胎盘早剥组的年龄比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胎盘早剥组的血细胞比容、分娩方式与无胎盘早剥组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血细胞比容≥35%以及剖宫产为导致妊娠高血压综合征并发胎盘早剥的危险因素。

Clinical analysis of 56 cases with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome complicate placental abruption

Objective To discuss the related influence factors of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome complicate placental abruption.Methods Fifty six cases with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in our hospital from January 2008 to September 2011 were selected and divided into placental abruption group and no placental abruption group.The differences of age,HCT and deposited delivery were compared between two groups.Results Fifteen cases complicated with placental abruption,the incidence was 26.8%.The age had no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);HCT and delivery mode had statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion HCT≥35%and cesarean section are the risk factors of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome complicate placental abruption.
