彩色多普勒产前诊断胎儿法洛四联症的价值和技巧

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在产前诊断胎儿法洛四联症的价值和技巧。方法总结29例产前超声检查拟诊法洛四联症的胎儿超声声像特点，并分析其检查的价值和技巧。结果本组29例行产检拟诊法洛四联症胎儿中，经产后超声或引产后尸检确诊者28例，超声诊断确诊率为96．6％，漏诊1例轻型的法洛四联症者。心尖四腔切面存在较大室间隔缺损者15例，右室壁增厚者5例；五腔心切面所有28例患者均存在较大干下型室间隔缺损。结论超声心动图检查尤其是五腔心切面检查能明确绝大多数的室间隔缺损，是诊断胎儿产前法洛四联症的有效方法，值得临床重视。

The values and skills of color Doppler in the prenatal diagnosis with fetal tetralogy of Fallot

Objective To explore the values and skills of color Doppler in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal tetralogy of Fallot.Methods Ultrasound audio-visual characteristics of 29 cases foetus suspected with tetralogy of Fallot were summarized.Its value and method were analyzed.Results In 29 cases of foetussuspected with tetralogy of Fallot,28 cases were diagnosed by postpartum ultrasound or induced labor autopsy,the rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 96.6%,1 cases was missed.Large ventricular septal defect was found by apical four chamber view in 15 cases,and the right ventricular wall thickening was found in 5 cases;a bigger subarterial ventricular septal defect in 28 cases were all detected by five chamber view.Conclusion Ultrasound heartbeat graph examination especially five chamber view can check most of the ventricular septal defect,and it is an effective method for tetralogy of Fallot prenatal,so it is worth to be promoted.
