舟山市十年慢性酒精中毒精神障碍病例分析

目的为了解海岛舟山慢性酒精中毒精神障碍的发病特点和规律。方法对1989年至1999年的全部初次入院诊断为慢性酒精中毒的病例按CCMD-2-R进行重新诊断、分析。结果发现慢性酒精所致精神障碍占同期首次入院的精神病人总数的4.99%，而渔民、船员患者的比例高达27.2%。结论舟山市是慢性酒精所致精神障碍的的高发病地区,而渔民的高发病比例则与他们的生产、生活特点有关。

Analysis of the chronic mental disorders caused by alcohol intoxication for ten years in Zhoushan City

Objective　To find out the specific property and law of the mental disorders caused by chronic alcohol intoxication in Zhoushan Islands. Methods　According to CCMD-2-R，all the cases were diagnosed and analysed again who were diagnosed as chronical alcoholism when admitted into the hospital for the first time between 1989 and 1999. Results　The mental disorders caused by chronical alcoholic cover 4.99% in the total patients who were admitted into the hospital at the same time while the proportion of patients (fishermen and sailors) reaches up to 27.2%.Conclusion　Zhoushan Islands is an area of high incidence of the mental disorders and such high proportion of diseases among the fishermen is related to their production and life style.
