| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆瘘的原因、诊断及预防处理。方法回顾分析我院自2006年10月至2009年3月280例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中发生的4例胆瘘患者的临床资料,1例为胆总管损伤,1例为迷走胆管损伤,2例为胆囊管残端瘘。结果4例胆瘘患者均治愈,无任何并发症产生。结论尽早诊断、及时有效减压引流对腹腔镜胆囊切除术术中合并胆瘘的成功治疗有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes and treatment of biliary leakage after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The data of 4 pataients with biliary leakage after laparoscopic eholecystectomy were analyzed retrospectively including I with common bile duct injury,1 with duct vagus injury,two with-cystic duct leakage.Results In these four patients,they were all cured and without fowllowing complications.Conclusion Early diagnosis,effective decompression and drainage are important to successfully treat biliary fistula after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
