阻隔材料预防肌腱粘连的研究进展

摘    要:随着对肌腱愈合过程认识的不断深入及材料科学的不断发展,肌腱修复后预防粘连的材料越来越多。局部应用防粘连屏障物预防肌腱粘连因效果肯定、使用方便、全身不良反应轻受到重视,各种阻隔材料各具有优缺点。本文就可吸收材料、不可吸收材料、生物材料等阻隔材料预防肌腱粘连的基础研究和临床应用予以综述。

Abstract:With the in-depth understanding of the tendon healing process and the development of the materials science, more and more materials were applied to prevent tendon adhesion after the repair of the injured tendon. Because of their certain effects, convenient to use and slight adverse reaction, the barriers of preventing tendon adhesion were attached importance. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvanta- ges. This article will review the basic research and clinical applications of barrier materials preventing tendon adhesion such as absorbent material, non-absorbent material, biological material, and so on.
