| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大青薏苡仁汤合消瘰丸治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法将196例扁平疣患者随机分为中西药结合组(117例)、西药组(79例),同时外用0.1%维A酸(维甲酸)乳膏。结果经2个疗程治疗后中西医结合组治疗有效率为90.60%,西药组有效率为77.22%,两组比较有统计学意义(P=0.01)。结论大青薏苡仁汤合消瘰丸治疗扁平疣疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of isatis indigotica seminis coicis decoction plus Xiaoluo pill on verruca plana.Methods 196 patients with verruca plana were randomly divided into integrated traditional and western medicine group(n=117)and western medicine group(n=79).All subjects received 0.1% tretinoin cream usus externus additionally.After two courses of treatment,the effective rate was compared between the two groups.Results As a result,the effective rate of integrated traditional and western medicine group was significantly higher than that of western medicine group(90.60% vs 77.22%,P=0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of isatis indigotica seminis coicis decoction plus Xiaoluo pill is satisfactory on verruca plana. |
